Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from the use of the Website is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where the Manager is registered and domiciled. The courts of the jurisdiction of the Manager have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute in connection with the same dispute.
